The following is the working principle of the embroidery machine:

First, after making a pattern with embroidery CAD software, the discs containing the embroidery program and patterns are put into the computer disk drive respectively. Under the control of the program, the computer converts the coordinate value of the pattern into an electrical signal equivalent to the displacement in the X and Y directions of the stretcher frame.

After sending it to the X, Y, Z single-chip microcomputer system for motor speed up and down processing, it outputs three-phase six-time signature, the power amplifier box of the line motor performs power amplification, and the red X, Y stepping motor drives the stretch frame to complete the X and Y Feed movement. At the same time, the Z stepping motor is driven to drive the needle to move up and down, so that the embroidery can go on continuously.
